By making a donation to Solo Mu Online, you agree to the following Refund Policy. This policy is designed to ensure the stability and continued development of our Season 2 project. Please read these terms carefully before making any voluntary contribution.
No-Refund Policy
All donations made to Solo Mu are final and strictly non-refundable. When you donate, you are supporting the server's infrastructure, hosting, and maintenance costs. In return, you receive "Virtual Credits" as a reward. Since these digital goods are delivered instantly to your account upon a successful transaction, they are consumed immediately and cannot be "returned" or "exchanged" for real-world currency.
Voluntary Contributions
Donations are entirely voluntary and are not a purchase of a product or service. Your contribution does not exempt you from the server rules. If your account is banned for cheating (using 3rd party software, hacks, or exploits), you are not entitled to a refund of any previous donations. We do not owe any monetary compensation to players for any virtual items, characters, or credits lost during gameplay or account termination.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Any attempt to dispute a payment or initiate a chargeback through a payment processor (such as PayPal, Stripe, or a Bank) will be considered a breach of this agreement.
Consequences of a chargeback:
• Permanent ban of the associated game account.
• Permanent ban of the associated IP address and Hardware ID (HWID).
• All related virtual assets will be deleted immediately.
- All donations are 100% voluntary.
- Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value.
- No refunds under any circumstances (server downtime, account ban, or loss of interest).
- Support for the project is used for server hardware and development.
