Each player is solely responsible for the security of their account and password. Solo Mu staff will never ask for your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss of items or characters resulting from account sharing or inadequate security measures on the player's side. The virtual items and characters remain the property of the server administration.

Virtual Currency & Donations

Donations made to Solo Mu are voluntary and are used to maintain server hardware, hosting, and further development. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are receiving "virtual credits" as a reward, which have no real-world monetary value.

Refund Policy: All donations are final and non-refundable. Since digital goods are delivered instantly to your account, you waive any right to a refund or chargeback. Any attempt to dispute a payment through a bank or payment processor will lead to a permanent ban of all associated accounts.

Game Conduct & Termination

We strive to maintain a fair and competitive environment. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the following rules:

1. Usage of unauthorized third-party software, scripts, or hacks (Speedhack, Autokill, etc.).
2. Exploiting game bugs for personal gain instead of reporting them to the staff.
3. Impersonating staff members or spreading false information about the server.
4. Advertising other game servers or services within our platform.
